BOOKING
Reservations are recommended. Walk-Ins are subject to availability and could take 30-90 minutes to ensure proper safety and function. Bikes can be booked for Half Day (4 hrs.), Same Day (9:30am - 5pm), Overnight (ex. 9:30am - 9:30am), and Multiple Days. No bike may be rented for more than a week at a time. If renting for more than a week, make two reservations. Contact for large group discounts.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Bike rentals include a helmet, pedals, water bottle cage, fit, & suspension set-up.
CANCELATION POLICY
A full refund will be given if a reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. If the cancelation is made within the 24 hours prior to the start of the reservation 50% of the reservation cost will be refunded. In the event of a reservation “no show, no call” no refunds will be made. Rentals are available rain or shine. In the event that the weather is determined to be unsafe, Mojo Rentals reserves the right to cancel a reservation. Reservations canceled by Mojo Rentals will receive a full refund.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
Comes in 3 different tiers. Each tier will applies to the entire duration of your rental. Basic Protection $20 covers any damage to the bike, up to $250. Premium Protection $50 covers any damage to the bike, up to $500. Premium+ Protection $75 covers any damage to the bike, up to $750. You are responsible for any damage above this amount for just 60% of the retail price. All E-Mountain Bike rentals require protection. Damage to bikes may include bent wheels, broken derailleurs, ripped saddles & slashed tires. Please remember, regardless of whether you purchase damage protection or not, YOU are ultimately responsible for the bike you rent.

Damage Protection does NOT cover theft of the bike while in your possession or if you decide not to return the bike. It also does NOT include direct negligence of the bike such as piling the bikes on top of each other in the back of your car or throwing the bike off a cliff.
